MHS Lady Cards started day 2 of the Class 1A state track meet STRONG! In the 800 meter run, Brinklee Blanton came in 4th place and Ady Hammons scored team points in 8th place! Both girls ran PR times in front of a HUGE Medford crowd!! Congratulations ladies!!




Medford FFA students finished off State FFA Convention by attending leadership workshops throughout the day and receiving their Hunger Challenge award. The Medford FFA would like to thank the Craig and Sierra Regier family for their generous swine donation to the Oklahoma Pork for Packs program on Medford FFA's behalf! One swine donation produces thousands of pork sticks that are used to help combat the ongoing battle of food insecurity in Oklahoma. We ended convention with Kaylee & Carlie receiving their State FFA Degrees!







In the last race of the day, the Medford Cardinals earned team points finishing in 8th place and barely off the podium. Raegan Gottsch, Cash Kelley, Gunnar Ebert, & Ethan Gonzales ran a 1:34:64 PR-ing AND setting the school record!! Congratulations boys!!



In the final girls event of the day, the MHS Lady Cardinal 4x200 relay brings home 4th place!! Jayda Kilian, Brinklee Blanton, Kenna Kilian, & Kaydence Kilian ran a great race!! Congratulations ladies!!



In another EXCITING race, the MHS girls 3200m relay PR'ed by 6 seconds coming in as State Runners-Up!! Runners were Brinklee Blanton, Ady Hammons, Kassidy Kilian and Kenna Kilian! Nice job ladies!!!🥈❤️



In a great state to the day and an INCREDIBLE race, Bly Frieouf brings home the state runner-up medal in the 3200 meter run!! Congratulations Bly!!! 🥈❤️

The City of OKC is completing a road project on SW 44th Street in front of our stadium. The entrances will remain the same, but the lanes may be narrowed.

The 1st-4th grade Grant County Relays will be run on Thursday, May 8. Long Jump and Softball Throw will begin at 9:30. Running events will begin at 10:30. Come support our young Cardinals!

2025 State FFA Convention is well underway! Tuesday was a busy day for Medford FFA. In the first general session Kaylee rocked her solo talent AND chorus solo on the big stage! During the second session Mason and Laken greeted hundreds of FFA members while serving in Courtesy Corp. Yesterday afternoon Kaylee and Carter did an amazing job singing their duet "Country Roads" on the expo talent stage and we ended the day with Kaylee signing to the Oklahoma State University for Agriculture Education!

Due to inclement weather, the 1st-4th grade Grant County Relays will be postponed until Thursday, May 8. Start times will remain the same.
Parents, please remember to send sack lunches, sun screen, and appropriate clothes with your child on Thursday. ALSO, HAVE YOUR CHILD WEAR THEIR GREEN SHIRT ON THURSDAY!

The 1st-4th grade Grant County Relays is scheduled for Wednesday, May 7. Field events begin at 9:30. Running events begin at 10:30. If inclement weather causes a cancelation, the event will be moved to Thursday, May 8. We will closely monitor weather and get word out as soon as possible!
