ATTENTION 5-8 BOYS ATHLETICS PARENTS! This week, July 20-24, is the last week for 5th-8th grade Summer Pride. M-W-F at 8:00. It's been a great summer, and we appreciate the work these guys have put in the past 8 weeks!

This past week, Medford 4-H and FFA members traveled to Stillwater to compete in the Big 3 Livestock Judging Contest. Over the course of three days, our students gained valuable experience, sharpened their livestock evaluation skills, and learned from some of the best in the industry. A special congratulations goes to Cason Junghanns for an outstanding performance, finishing as the 5th High Junior 4-H Individual! We are proud of Cason’s hard work and dedication.

Online Paperwork Portal

Each Year, the OSSAA requires all student-athletes (and their parents) to complete and sign
several documents before the athlete is eligible to participate in JH and HS sports. This Year,
OSSAA is using the online portal called Rank One. This Year, Medford athletes will need to
register and complete eligibility forms through this portal for the 2026-2027 school year.
Please click the Rank One link (below) to access your students' portal (s) and complete the
paperwork for this Year. Paperwork must be completed for each child who plans to participate in
an athletic event.

JH/HS NonSoftball girls summer pride schedule change: Tues/Thurs 8-9

REMINDER: MEDFORD FOOTBALL SKILLS CAMP! 1st-6th Grades! July 30-31 Forms are available for pickup in the school office, or contact Coach Kysar! Forms are due by Monday, July 20.

ATTENTION 2nd, 3rd & 4th Grade Football Parents: 2026 2nd, 3rd & 4th grade football parent meeting: Monday July 13, at 6:00, in the school cafeteria. Coach Trevor Kretchmar will discuss practice times, equipment check out, parent requirements, etc. If your child plans to play 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade football this year, please plan to attend. If you cannot attend or have any questions please reach out to Trevor Kretchmar through text, call, or messenger.

This past week, two Medford FFA members had the opportunity to attend Oklahoma FFA Alumni Camp! Throughout the week, they built new friendships with FFA members from across the state, strengthened their leadership skills, and gained valuable ideas to bring back to the Medford FFA Chapter. We’re proud of these members for representing Medford so well and look forward to seeing them put their new leadership knowledge into action this year. ENROLLMENT FOR THE Medford Schools 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR!

Enrollment for grades Pre-K-12 will be on Tuesday, July 21st, from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Students new to the district need to bring proof of residence, immunization records, a birth certificate, and a Social Security card.

Reminder: All transfer applications must be completed and submitted before July 15th!

Big Three Field Days Livestock Judging Contest Medford 4-H/FFA members, if you’re interested in competing at the Big Three Field Days Livestock Judging Contest on July 14–16, please let Mr. Buller know by Thursday, July 9, 2026. 🕡 Departure Time: We will leave the Ag building at 6:30 a.m. each day, so be ready to go on time! This is a great opportunity to sharpen your livestock evaluation skills, gain valuable contest experience, and represent Medford FFA. We hope to see a great group of members attend! Dead Week

Due to several players and coaches from all towns attending a funeral Thursday, June, 25, the scheduled HS boys basketball scrimmage at Hillsdale Christian is canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Summer Trap and Sporting Clays Practice Schedule

Great Salt Plains will be doing physicals in our new gym this year for 5th-12th-grade students needing them to participate in school activities:

June 23
9:00-11:00

The physicals are free, and parents do not need to be there as long as the paperwork is filled out and signed by the parents.

The coaches will hand out the physicals' paperwork to you as soon as they receive them.

2025-26 Final School Report Cards can be picked up in the office Monday-Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
