Congratulations to our FCCLA Members who have made the Top 3 in their State STAR Events! They will be on stage at the State Convention on April 11 where they will learn their placings. The first and second place winners in each event move on to compete at the National Leadership Conference in Seattle this summer.

Yesterday MHS took 18 students to Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, OK to compete in the Southwestern Interscholastic Meet. Over 600 student from across the state were chosen to take subject specific tests ranging from computer sciences to English literature.
Top 3 results were posted this afternoon and the following MHS students will be awarded with a medal:

Congratulations to the JH baseball team! They got 2 wins in pool play today to advance to the semi-finals of the Timberlake JH Baseball Tournament. They play at 4:00, Saturday, March 30. Go Cardinals!

We wrapped up Oklahoma Youth Expo Thursday. We had heifers, ewes, doe
goats, barrows, and steers. The exhibitors did an amazing job!

REMINDER 5th and 6th GRADE PARENTS: Track meet at Covington tomorrow, March 27. The bus will leave the front of the school at 8:15. Field events begin at 9:45. Running events begin at 10:15. Low temps are forecasted. Please remember to send plenty of warm clothing/blankets, a sack lunch and snacks and plenty to drink, money for concessions, and sunscreen. Admission is free. We will send a text when we are leaving Covington to return home.

The JH/HS Conference Track Meet tomorrow, March 26th, has been rescheduled for April 22nd @ Ringwood, due to weather conditions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
